We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at La Decollette. Is the color or size not right? Then you can exchange or return the item within 14 days. You will then receive your money back within 7 days.

IF YOU HAVE PAYED WITH PAYPAL, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE THE SHIPPING COSTS BACK!

Within how many days can I exchange an item?
You can let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase that you want to exchange an item. Send an email to our Customer Support: info@decollette.nl. See 'How can I exchange an item' to see what the next steps are.

What are the costs of exchanging?
If you want to exchange an item, you only pay for the costs of the return shipment via the drop-off point.

How quickly will I get the money refunded to my account?
Have we received the item you returned? Then we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account within 7 days. Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of worn items.

How can I exchange or return an item?
Do you want to exchange or return the item? No problem. You do this as follows:

  1. Within 14 days of receiving your purchase, send an email to: info@decollette.nl
  2. Indicate in the email which item you want to exchange.
  3. Send the item, with the original labels and the return form, back to:

  4. Have we received the item?
    Then we will refund the total purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account within 7 days. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your own account

What are the costs of returns?
If you return an item, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. The initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed. In addition, you pay for returning the item via the Post Office

How can I make a complaint?
Are you returning an item because it is damaged? Or because you have another, justified complaint about it? Then the return costs are for our account. Submit your complaint by email to our Customer Support within 7 days: info@decollette.nl. We will then get back to you with a solution within 5 working days.
